Why would you want to lose 30 lbs? That would put your weight at 90 lbs, which is not healthy in and of itself, no matter how fast you lose it. If you lose any more weight, chances are you'll end up in the hospital for malnutrition. You need to GAIN weight, not lose it.

NO, 120 pounds is already underweight for someone of your height. You should be gaining weight not losing it.

You are fine like that are you crazy. My bf is 5.8 and he weights 160 and he looks good, he use to weight 200 but now he lost weight and went to his regular weight. I think yoou might be underweight.
