Try a Gimlet. 1oz Roses Lime Juice, 1 1/2oz Gin. Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Very refreshing cocktail with a green tint!

I like an easy one. Cuba Libre. Glass, ice, dark rum, Coke (or Diet Coke) and a squeeze or two of lime juice.

right now it's gin & tonic with lemon for me... lots of ice & don't forget the cherry in a tall glass. I don't know but the combination is very refreshing! It's so hot today! Cheers!
