WellI think your asking why are some people afraid to say I love you. And if thats your question, Well they should be. Love shouldn't be taken so lightly. People throw around those words like they're nothing. When you say I love you to another person you should REALLY mean it... and not just think you mean it. IF your dating someone for a month you dont know if you love them yet... you haven't been around them long enough yet.

Well not everyone is afraid of saying it because half the time they probably don't mean it the way the word should be used and some only use it for the purpose of getting into the other person's pants. Now if or when you find that person you would do anything for, give anything and everything for, and sacrifice what ever it took to be with them and make your lives together the best possible. Then the fear comes from the fact you know in your heart and mind that "you" are in love, but there is still that small fear in the back of your mind that the one you love, doesn't feel the same about you, or might not be ready. Usually in regular relationships the fear comes from the uncertainty of when to bring those words to the forefront, and for good reason, because they can easily scare someone off if they are not ready, and prepared to hear and accept those words.

I LOVE YOU....hmmmm..it can be expressed in many ways, but how to express it comes from the LOVE of ONESELF first... the truth be known is when a person can look themself in the mirror everyday and say I LOVE YOU TO THEMSELF FIRST and feel comfortable with that, the boundlessness of LOVE AND LIGHT will manifest much more easier from the fear about saying the words I LOVE YOU. Alot or people miss use the words I love you, but puriest form of I LOVE YOU comes from ones SOUL.
