Any ideas on where we should go on our holiday in two weeks time?
I don't really like the typical holiday spots like Gran Canaria, spain etc.
In the last few years we have been to China, Bali, Australia, India, America and Canada. As we are both exhausted and in need of a holiday we would like somewhere that we can relax in the sun, but without the fear of a hurricane.
Any advice would be appreciated as I am starting to think that we will be stuck in the UK.

You stated that you've been to Canada. Have you been to Nelson, British Columbia? This small city is the coolest, most relaxed place I have ever been to in my life!!!! I worked as a travel agent a few years ago....therefore I have travelled all over the world. I loved Nelson (and the area-also known as "the kootenays") so much, that i bought land there last year!!!!!!

STUCK IN THE UK, do you know what a beautiful country we have, why don't you find a nice spot somewhere in the UK, Peak District, Garden of England, there are many miles to choose from.

As for weather, don't you think we've had it good lately?

I would greatly appreciate it if you found it out of the kindness of your own heart to skip your holiday and instead forfeit that money to someone else apparently much less fortunate so that they can take a holiday instead. Like me, for example.

Or, you could take a cruise and visit many places.

Yourchoice. I hope you make the right decision.

Cheers.

Cyprus is the perfect place to go. You can relax in the beautiful sunshine all day or go and look around the ruins ...... something for everyone. I've been going Cyprus for many years and even have friends who have moved out there because they think it's a wonderful place.

Nowhere. It is too hot in the first place, and air travel pollutes the air and the environment even more. Every time we use an aeroplane, we contribute to global warming. If we are not more responsible with what we do in the present, our children and grandchildren will not have a future.

Umm...maybe you could spend a week or two out in the sun at a beach. I am going to the beach for a week and it does relax you when you rest in the sun and maybe swim a little.

How about having a holiday to HAWAII. Or to Cebu Philippines because it is nearer from Singapore. And its cheaper also. How about coming here in JAPAN and you can go to the Disneyland. The weather here is warm but the sea is soooooo cold.
