As you have probably seen from my other posts that im slightly concerned i could be pregnant. Im probably not seeing as i take the pill and havent missed taking it. I have had a lot of symptoms though however and it seems that i now have a sore throat it feels as though i have swallowed a crisp and it has got stuck down my throat but i havent so it cant be that. im also very tired, feeling queesy, headache, sneezing, period like pains (its not due), one minute starving the next minute not hungry at all. What are your views? Its 9 days since i had unprotected sex.

Pregnancy should not make your throat hurt. But a throat infection should not give you cramps.

If your period is not due yet, then you are going to have to play a wait and see game. But if you go to the doctor for your symptoms, you should tell them that you might be pregnant. There are some antibiotics that can cause birth defects and miscarriage.

Good luck.

Hiya after 9 days it is still way too early to tell. The fertilised egg may not have even inplanted yet so you wouldnt have any symptons.
Sometimes we can convince ourselves that we are preg subconsciously and obviously it would be at least another week before you could take a test.
You sound like you have the flu! I would relax and take it as it comes.
If your periods late, then take a test if nec!
good luk!

it is amazing to me how people come here to answer questions and be judgemental of the person behind the question.

If this person is young, preteen or teen, then the best thing to do is to be understanding of the fears that come with being a teen.

OK....I hope you have an open relationship with an adult you can trust. This venue obviously is not going to get you the kind of answers or attention you deserve if this is truly scaring you. If you don't know an adult you can trust other than your parent if that is the case, aunt, uncle, friends parent, older over 21 friend or co worker..school counselor, neighbor... someone you trust, you need to talk to your parents. I know it is a hard decision... but you cannot keep having unprotected sex and pronounce it to the world and not expect people to accuse you of being less than a lady.
being a teen is hard, I can sense that you feel like you need to be sexually active for a boy to accept you or like you... but you need to stop and think of the consequences it brings to you...
1.) unprotected sex... the work "un-protected" should frighten you enough. Too many diseases... most of which will NEVER go away.
2.) sex with one person that has unprotected sex means you are having sex with him and who ever he has had sex with. He may trust someone that is untrustworthy.. catch a disease without knowing it.. and pass it on to you. Can we say AIDS EPIDEMIC!
3.) YOU are the one worried about being pregnant.
4.) HE is not worrying about being pregnant.
5.) YOU will be the one getting morning sickness, seeing your body change, feeling people watching you thinking you are a HO
6.) He is not worrying about getting sick, having a living being growing inside HIS body, sensing anyone thinks he is a HO.
7) YOU will need to get up at 2am to feed the baby.
8) YOU will need to bathe, feed, change, care for, raise the baby.
9) sometimes without the dad around. Babies cost MONEY
10) sometimes without anyone to help you.
11.) Society will still expect you to get an education to get a good job
12) getting an education will be increasingly more difficult when you don't have a reliable babysitter.
13) babysitters cost MONEY
14) no one is going to hand you MONEY everytime you need diapers or formula
15) going out at night with your friends is NEVER an option when you are a pregnant teen or a teen mom.
16) HE is going out and enjoying his life..
17) HE is going out and working and getting MONEY
18) most of the time HE will not give you MONEY
19) it costs MONEY to pay a lawyer to get him to give you MONEY for child support.

Are you following me here...
Be a teen, be a kid... you still have time to enjoy your young life without having to compromise your dignity.
No guy is worth giving that up.

I think really you are just freaking yourself out. The stress is causeing you to be late and I think you just need to go get a test to put your mind at ease. If you don't want to because you live with your parents or something go to the store get one and then go to a public bathroom do the test throw it away. Never have unprotected sex unless you are wanting to get pregant!
