I lost my windows xp disk and my pc is crashing everytime I boot because of corrupt installation.... wanna know if someone knows of windows xp boot disks that fix installations? (other than the original windows xp disk, obviously)

Well to be honest, if the installation is corrupted "There is no way to Repair XP without the installation CD"

Ask around at some local computer shops, and they may help you out for a low price or if it's a local owned place they may help for free.
Where I live in the middle east you can get a cheap copy for 5 bucks, but not in the USA or UK or anywhere like that.

You can use anyones XP CD to do a repair. Borrow one.

run setup, and fix it, with that borrowed cd
