Well... I dont know any web site but I know a Shop... Its really a Plushie Store, maybe you know it alredy: "Build-a-Bear"... You create your plushies... and you put them clothes!!! But those clothes cannot only be used on plushies... they are perfect clothes and accesories for chihuahuas and small dogs!!! There are even pijamas and bikinis in there!!! And shoes (but the shoes dont fit in the dogs, I think). There are lots of cool accesories and clothes... I dont know if in other part of USA the store exists, but surely in California you can find it... There is one in "Fashion Valley" shopping center, in San Diego; and there is ohter one in DownTown Disney, Annaheim... Its all I know!!! Search in the Internet to know where you can find another one...

Check your local pet store for collars. I know mine has all sorts of fashion collars: even ones you can you buy rhinestone letters for to spell out her name.
However, PLEASE!!! don't put your dog in clothes. Seriously, it messes with their psycology. It sounds wierd and extreme, I know, but it is the truth. They become confused about them and can even become aggressive due to frustration. You may think she looks cute, but remember, it is a dog!!! If you must spoil her, do what I do: buy lotsa toys and treats! My dog has so many toys....whenever we go into the pet store, he gets another one. It get my boyfriend so mad. hehehe
