That is too long between puppies. Something is wrong. Go to the vet.
There should only be 30 minutes or 1 hour at the longest between pups.
I think they are dying before they can come out of her.
Stop her from eating them. If she is a new mom she may be confused because they are dead.
GO TO A VET!!! NOW!!!

the mother will not kill her puppies in the face of danger she will protect them to the death. now if she kill them by mistake she will eat them to prevent a bad environment for the other puppies. now some mothers can get deprecation and then they can harm the puppies.now maybe the area is too small and every time she moves she lays on them and suffocate them. make sore to be next to her wen she give birth to a new puppie.

Depends....is this her first litter? She may not just be sure of what to do.
If not, then her instincts may be telling her something is not ok with the ones she is eating, maybe they are premature, or something else.
Not much you can do, but you might stay with her and see if they are in fact being born alive. If not, you'll just have to let nature take its course....good luck.
Also, they really are being born too far apart.....if there is a vet. open in your area I'd seriously think about taking her....otherwise I doubt any more will make it.

Dogs in the wild will eat the dead puppy, to hide the scent from predators.
Never heard of a domestic doing that, but doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

A mother will kill her puppies if they feel the pup wont live, she cant take care of them or she rejects them.

Mothers will eat their pups if they sense something is wrong with them or dead... to keep the litter clean. I've seen it happen. Tearing off their sacs doesn't constitute eating...
