you weren't born with a shirt on... why should there be a law stating you need to wear one?

In our society, women's breasts are viewed as privately as genitals. That's a simple fact. Ethically, then, it would be inappropriate for women to go topless publicly. It's not fair, but it is a fact. To avoid this, a woman can choose to go third world, but then she'll have to accept the beliefs of the tribe she joins...and may need to wear a plate in her lip, or rings on her neck, or accept polygamy, or any number of other cultural traditions.
Forgot to say....would you want to dine at a picnic table where a woman's long dangley breasts had been hanging out?

You know, I always do feel a bit guilty in the blazing summer heat that I can just take my shirt off and goilz cannot. I think women should be allowed to. Maybe then everyone would stop making such a big deal about ... tee hee... boobies.

How old are you? Besides, how would you like to see some baggy, down to the knees, old broad without a shirt? The same way we don't really appreciate seeing a lot of men without shirts. Their man boobs sag more than some women!

No women shouldn't be allowed to go shirtless, but neither should men (in public anyway!). Man boobs, beer guts, pants hanging down off their butt, butt cracks showing, hairy backs..... GROSS!!!! But it's okay for them!!?? Does that seem fair?

I would love that in the world but it wouldnt be attractive and seducing after awhile. Its just like seeing porn till you get bored of it Such an act wouldn't be a turn on.

Sure. In the privacy of their own homes. Not in public. That would cause huge problems. A womens breast are a sexual feature of their body.

In a society where it is common place they are used to it and really do not think much about it.

no cause we have something called boobs, guys dont. boobs are considered a sex symbol so it wouldnt be ok to go shirtless.
