Tell someone else who will tell him. If he doesn't ask you out, forget about him.
Sometimes it isn't meant; there will be plenty of other boys to like that might even come to you first!

Ok.. maybe I am old fashioned, or maybe it's just my personal experiences talking here...
but...
A woman should never tell a man that she loves him first. Too ofen in this world, the reality is, men can.. let me stress CAN.. so no one bashes my OPINION...they can.. take advantage of what they see as "opportunity". You put yourself in a vulnerable position by telling of your love, especially if you are saying he doesn't know you love him.
Honey, if he doesn't know it without you saying it... then he doesn't feel it either. Which means, if he loves you, he knows already. So why put yourself in that position to get knocked down. Take your time, and get to know him as best as you can. You will know after you get to know him..if he can be the kind of man you need, not the one you want at this point in your life.

You should first pass time with him and tell him or make him understand that you feel well to be with him. Being often with him, will come the day when you be ready to tell him or better to kiss him. find the good occasion

ask him wht sort of girls he like and things, when u knew his choice similar to you personality then tell him if dont thentell him straight way anyway otherwise u gonna feel rest of ur life inside ur heart that u love some body and didnt say it

you just have to sit him down, tell him, that you love him, if he is speechless...then don't let him answer yet, leave and wait for him to talk to you...if he's your friend either way his answer is...he will...soon. If he's not a friend and he doesn't talk to you anymore, then move on.
if he reacts right away negatively...then oh well, again move on...
if it's positive...good for you I hope you end up happy!
