I have raised many a large breed of dog, they sometimes grow faster than their bones, not a good thing.

My vet prescribed a supplement that helped with bone growth. I recommend you taking your puppy to the vet and asking about this supplement. I have never seen it on the open market, so I am assuming it is a vet only thing.

Good luck!

Big dogs go through growth spurts. It's always a good idea to have a vet check him, though. Make sure he is on a GOOD diet, they even make some food specifically for large breed dogs.
