You will probably find the perm has "broken" your hair, have you got little bits of hair growing at your scalp line? if you have its nothing to worry about and will grow back in time, if you havnt then you should ask your doc to refer you to a tricologist, or you could speak to an experienced hairdresser, they will be able to give you more advice, in the meantime, try not to use too much hot air, or straightners on your hair, as this will dry it out and break it even more, use a good shampoo and conditioner, diet wise you could try Silica its good for weak and brittle hair and nails, you can get it from a health food/vitamin shop, remember if you have brittle or weak hair the less chemicals you put on it the better!

placed on hats. They stretch out your hair if its wavy, no longer asserting this could make it advance speedier yet have damp hair and slowly place a hat on it for like 30 minutes to an hour. the take it off slowly, then brush and your hair would desire to be flatter.

You can go to a pharmacy and ask them, they should have a selection of a couple of different things such as Regaine which help hair grow back again.

Don't do anything yourself, as you might live to regret it. Better to see a trychologist and get professional help.
