What the he*ll do people not understand, the term illegal?

Illegal means illegal.. means you are NOT a citizen.. Means you do NOT have rights as a citizen because you are NOT a citizen!!

Notice how there is an, "il" before the "legal."

Comes out to look like this:
............illegal = illegal = against the law

............= NOT LEGAL (ie: Illegal)

............= against the law!! Now reread this 12 time each hour for the next 12 hours...

When you are deemed illegal.. IE: means that you are here illegally.. ie: NO DOCUMENTS!!

That means you are NOT a citizen! You cannot be an UNDOCUMENTED CITIZEN!!

Notice, you are trying to fight for amnesty! If you were ANY type of CITIZEN...You wouldn't have to fight for amnesty!

DUH!! WAKE UP!! What the he*ll else do you not understand about the term "illegal" and how it relates to you NOT being ANY type of citizen?

The force.. I don't work, but if I could.. I'd be out there...

I'm physically unable to...However, if I was being underpaid, I would contact my congressman and report my low wages.. (they need to be at least state minimum wage). Of course.. I'm a citizen and can do this legally.. Everyone else would be SOL...

Show ban, no one stole "their" land... There was a war, and then they were even paid off after they were defeated. Somewhere around 15 million dollars. Which is now in our day equal to about 985 million dollars.

Then, I believe the state of Ca. paid off too.. along with peices of land in between along the border.

Where did all that money go? Drugs?

Just like I tell people. "Do NOT constitute an emergency on my behalf for your lack of planning."

Likewise, in this situation. Whereas, our ancestors paid off your people.. as a whole... Where did that money go? Obviouslly not into the system.

That's not my fault.. nor is it America's...

I have no problem with people coming to america and doing it properly. I do have a problem with people sneaking into the country and expecting the citizens of the country to bow to their wishes. I saw the protests on television while i was in iraq and almost lost my mind. I dont know how someone can go illegaly into a country and protest a government they have no business to protest. Is it because they are afraid to protest in their own country. Perhaps if they had the courage to do this in their home country, things would be better there for them. If you want to live in america, do it right, wait your time, get your citizenship and pay your taxes, than you can voice your opinion on the government. Otherwise, go back to your home country and stand up for your rights there. The time for a free ride is over.

See the world "illegal" gets in the way of 12 million votes the democrats need to regain power and some liberal republicans think will help their business friends to contribute more.

If you don't vote against a politician that stands for amnesty this November you will get amnesty for 12 million "Illegal" immigrants and then in 20 years we'll be looking at "amnesty" for 40 million.

So, what's your point?

Illegal means illegal. (capital i looks like small l)

Goes without saying.

This law didn't come down from a mountain top, it's what we made. We could change it.

Is this law beneficial to us?

Is it unjust, and unenforceable? Someone crosses an artificial line in the desert, and you're not allowed to hire him.

To the people who say immigrants should come legally:

Under the present system, that's almost impossible.

To the guy ahead of me/ Sho Bane Re:

Oh - if it became in basic terms that straightforward. one extra time on my harangue on the present rendition of the Immigration and Nationality Act (with modern-day amendments of direction). it is not an common - you're unlawful, you're no longer unlawful. the point of illegality is in step with how they got here to be right here, whilst they got here to be right here, whether or no longer they have been inspected and admitted upon arrival, whether or no longer they stayed right here too long and if so via how long, whether or no longer they married an American citizen alongside the way, whether or no longer they have been victimized via an American citizen alongside the way, whether or no longer they are in a very expert field of enterprise or education, and on and on and on and on and on. Now then - while you're addressing those individuals who swim/wade/walk/snorkle/or something around the Rio Grande River or thereabouts and who're no longer inspected, no longer admitted, did no longer enter with out inspection (meaning waved on the Immigration Officer with the aid of fact the drove contained in the direction of the kiosk at Juarez-El Paso), properly definite, they could be unlawful different than for one situation. there's a whilst factor in this. there's a question interior the regulation appropriate to whether or no longer they are nonetheless entitled to the comparable rights and privileges as a guy or woman who waves going contained in the direction of the kiosk. wherein case, then, they does not be unlawful until that they were contained in america for 181 days - and then they are in basic terms unlawful adequate to be deported and informed to no longer come again for 3 years. If, besides the undeniable fact that, they stay for 361 days, then could be deported and informed to no longer come again for ten years. Now - what happens in the event that they have been deported and characteristic come again and being informed to no longer come again - properly those individuals are fairly unlawful - they have committed a Federal legal and (on the 1st offense) can pass to the closest club Fed for 6 months to 2 years and then could be deported back. besides the undeniable fact that, a good style of the time, they get to spend some months or years in detention first. That looks to generate the wanted effect of them no longer coming back back. properly, besides, as you will discover this is definitely a brilliant mess. There are lots of variables.

I was recently in Costa Rica and there was a huge raid to deport illegal Americans. Why is that OK but it is not OK for the US to deport illegals? Sorry to answer a question with a question but I feel the experience is relevant.

You just gave me an idea. Born Americans should be classified as illegal Americans until they have been awarded citizenship for a special accomplishment.

Since the Repubilicans are going to vote in amnesty for them all, they won't be illegal anymore. More cheap labor for big business!

I'm against another amnesty program except for a few very special cases. My husband is a legal naturalized citizen.

I can't really read your rant though. It's insulting and too long. Please try to make it shorter next time.
