How do you add a new page in Illustrator CS?

I am not looking for a new file, I am looking to add a new page on to the art board.

If you are using the Creative Suite (CS) you can use In Design to create a multiple pages document. 'Place' your illustrator art in it (as you used to do with pagemaker, go 'file' and 'place')) and then, under "file" go to "document setup" and add pages to your In Design document.

Your document set-up can only be one designated area on the canvas.
