sorry not a guy. but i have asked guys to dance. you ask them the same way a guy would. approach them and say wanna dance.

Ok here's a creative idea that one of my friends used once.
So u get one of those large $2 t-shirts from Wal-Mart (preferably white) and write in PERMANENT MARKER, "Name, will u go to the dance with?" and have all your friends or even random people sign the shirt w/washable crayola marker. Then find a place and put YOUR name in PERMANENT MARKER somewhere on the shirt.
Have one of ur friends, (even a guy) give the shirt to him and tell him to wash it.....
Its soooooo cool!
