first off, try the step up program. thats very successful. or try using a wooden perch. please dont use them sandpaper perches. it cuts there feet !! talk gental and soft. if her wings are clipped you'll have more success.

Put her on a leash. . no seriously, close all windows and doors and let her out. You can then play with her and try to tame her a lil more. This works better if the wings are clipped.

IF YOUR LOVEBIRD IS NOT FINGER TAMED YOU SHOULD GET A TOWEL AND THROW IT OVER HER HEAD AND WHEN SHE'S UNDER IT,GET HER. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO KEEP TRYING MORE THAN ONCE .AFTER YOU GOT HER OUT GIVE HER SOME TREATS.IF THAT DOESEN'T WORK TRY GLOVES.

get gaze pad and alcohol and be prepared for a finger blood bath.
ok, just wear think glove, that's what I saw the pet store peole do.
