Okay this is going to sound crazy but I gotta ask anyways... I am currently talking to the man of my dreams who is incarcerated at Livingston Correctional in Sonyea NY. I am going to visit him in September for the first time. I know he is the one for me. I just want to know if we are able to get married there and if so who would perform the ceremony for us. I really don't want to wait another 3 years for his release to get married.... Any info would be appreciated....

Most likely, they will allow you to hire a Justice of the Peace to come in and do the ceremony. I think it will mostly depend on his security level. Call the facility, and speak to someone about their policies.

I know that every facility has a chaplain and he/she could probably preform the ceremony. I think that most facilities would not allow it or at least where I am from, but you might want to ask the warden of the correctional facility. I also think that it might all depend on how good he acts in the correctional facility. I would call and talk to someone at the unit and find out for sure.

I think you need to seek serious counseling before you enter into this relationship. I have some concerns about your self esteem

Also, find someone who can complete a through background check on this individual.

Lastly, please take this slow. I would hate to see you emotionally scarred from this situation.
