She probably is trying to keep the other cats from eating out of her bowl by spoiling it.
Not sure how to stop it. Cats are territorial. Some cats just don't mix well with other cats. Do you have a petless friend who might want a cat?

First a few questions for you. How old is she? Did you get her from a shelter? If she is young and came from a shelter there is still hope. She might be use to living in a confined space. As someone else suggested try moving the food and litter box as far away from each other as possible. Next make sure you get the smell out of the food area. Vinegar works well. You might have to train her to use the box by putting her in it every time you see her doing her business in the bowl.
Good luck.

If the litter box is anywhere near the cats food, they will always get confused. Put the food in the kitchen and the litter box in the bathroom. I have a cat of my own and I had to learn this the hard way.

I think she's got a problem that you can't fix. Mentally challenged to put it nicely. I'd talk to the vet but I'm thinking it may be a lost cause. I love cats but some have behaviors that you just cannot live with. Same for some humans now that I think of it.

Enjoy your baby boy, he is really a baby and does not understand the concept of dry food. Try him on some wet canned food. Begin with sitting by him and hand feed your little boy. As he grows gently introduce the dry food by adding the kibble to the canned. Above all ENJOY your Bundle of Joy. Bear in mind that cats do love being spoken to so do it often.

The best thing to do, is to call a Vet, and explain the situation to them. I'm sure that they have some tips that can help you out with...They should know.
