Yes. Most men do. Some more than others, and some less.
For people that *really* get turned on by feet, and not much, this is called a "fetish". Having fetishes are great, as you can meet other people with the same fetishes and really connect. It is like sharing an interest in recording artists, and such.
If you find the right girlfriend that has the same interests, you can pursue your interest by spending alot of time washing her feet, massaging her feet, and she can teach you how to pedicure her feet and paint her toes with toenail polish. You can buy her a variety of great shoes that really show them off.
If you were to combine this with role-playing, pretending she was a princess, or a goddess, or a famous veil dancer or something, you can enhance things even more.
When you are in public, you can both walk hand-in-hand and everyone will look at her amazing shoes and perfect feet and toes. It will be your secret that you did all of the work to make them look so perfect.
Some other men may make fun of your fetish. But, really...some men say they are "***" men, and others "breast: men, and others "leg" men. Is there really any difference between these men and someone who is a "foot" man?
My personal big turn on is a women (of any size) with a really small waist as compared to the rest of her figure. But, I can enjoy giving a woman a pedicure any day of the week.

look this 2006 feet are nasty .. there is so many parts of the body that is alot better then nasty *** feet.. im not a cave man and feet just are the nastiest thing .. why would feet turn any body on . sorry but that is just down right gross

Yes some people do and it is because of the fettishes that people obtain. Some men have shoe fettishes along with feet so yes that can be a major turn on.

I don't think I have a foot fetish per-se, but a girl with really attractive feet (and maybe a toe ring or two) is pretty hot. Nice feet usually means she is well balanced and her legs will look nice as well.
