If you are only going to be on the island of O'ahu (where Honolulu and Waikiki are) then definately go to the Polynesian Cultural Center. That's the best thing to do on O'ahu. The abovementioned flea market is called the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet because it is at Aloha Stadium in Aiea which is by Pearl Harbor. It's the cheapest place to buy all your souvenirs. You aren't allowed to bring in large bags or anything, but do bring a bottle of frozen water to drink. It will melt fast enough and without it you can easily get heat exhaustion. It can take 2 hours or more to walk around the entire stadium and see all the booths! Waimea Falls is another great thing to see. Most of the year you can swim in the pool under the waterfall. It's an easy hike on well-maintained paths. They even have signs on all the plants and trees so you know what they are. Beware of the mosquitoes. Have fun! :)
