And no, I'm afraid it's not true. Vast though the the feline conspiricy is, they've not yet perfected weather control. When they wash their ears, what they're doing is actually retuning the cerebal implants they have in their skulls which allow them to stay in constant communication with each other. Strangely, tetrawaves from modern broadcast stations seem to interfere with the implants and, although they're devolping an upgrade, it's still only a prototype.

Certainly is a wise tail...but some hold it to total truth. working with over 60 cats on any given day I can't understand why it hasn't rained everyday in the last 12 yrs then.

A cat likes to stay clean so naturally they will be cleaning behind there ears on a regular basis. Several times a day.
