there are 2 people in front seat of car both shot dead. The car windows are rolled up, doors are locked, keys are in car and there is no sign of fowl play. How did they get shot?

The chicken was crossing the road. At least that is what you said whether or not you meant it. No FOWL play. If however, you meant no FOUL play, I would have to disagree with you completely. For God's sake there are two dead people who have been shot. How much more foul can it get.
Incidentally the murderer was in the back seat, shot them both, got out of the car, pushed down the lock button and closed the door....................simple.

Someone was riding with them in the backseat. The killer shot them both (from behind) and locked the doors upon exit. The killer also took the gun. Do I get the job, Grissom?

"They were shot with a camera!( i.e they were both already dead and were then shot with a camera from outside the car). "

they got shot while they were driving but on a strait road so they just amazingly slowed down to a stop. or if there was no bullet hole in the window they shot themselves. or there at a hospital that they got shops but the medicine killed them and a hole apears in the head so it makes them look shot.Lol
