I've been married 6 years now. With no children. Been to doctors and all, they say I'm just fine. Maybe no luck yet. So both me and my husband wanna try to adopt. We simply do not know how to. Where to look. Who to refer to. In short, we are lost in our dreams of getting one. We love children, definitely. We pampered our nephews and nieces just to cover our sadness of not getting one of our own. HELP ~

I am adopted, at birth. Let me tell you, it is one of the most beautiful things you can do. Just look at what Angelina Jolie has done. There are so many good kids who need homes. Me and my husband were thinking of adopting. Maybe think of adopting internationally, from somewhere like China where little girls are just left to languish in orpanages.

Adoption is a wonderful thing when done for good reasons.
First, figure out who you want to adopt. Children here in the US need parents. Are you willing to adopt only babies or older children? How much older? Maybe a toddler or preschooler?
Are you someone looking for drama and excitement, who must have a Russian or Hungarian child, or a girl throwaway baby from China to feel that you are doing something ultra good? Keep in mind that these types of adoptions cost many thousands of dollars and lots of time and effort.
Good luck to you, and I hope you enjoy your new family. By the way, many people get pregnant after adopting, so be sure you will continue to want your adopted child if that should happen.

Well, i could tell you in a nutshell. But I think you should inquire online- just type adoption into your browser, choose and click on one of the search results or more, and contact the agency. But why do you want to adopt? Can't you have your own children? It wouldn't hurt to both.

You have been to the doctor...well how about hour husband? Conception is not normally a one sided affair (so to speak). If he is a suitable sperm donor, count is normal, shape is normal, then there is no reason not to concieve. IF he has a med problem, then it is entirely possible to get donor sperm from his brother, whatever. OR go to a sperm bank...the child would be genetically 1/2 the marriage. OF course, you can adopt....why not? If things go as usual, you will no sooner get the child settled into your family and you will become pregnant...seems that is one of life's jokes, doesn't it?

What wouldyou do if youget yourown child? Would you still love andshower affection on the adopted child? If you have that attitude go ahead and adopt. Make the life of a needychild pleasant, happy and meaningful.

you can hire a laywer, and run an add in the paper saying you are lookin to adopt i see them all the time, also, contact a adoption agency
