i work nights, have a six month old, my husband is deployed to iraq and i do the same thing.
you want to talk about tired.....
make yourself get up early one day...then you'll want to go to bed when you get home...i was able to change my schedule a bit doing this once...but eventually i got back into staying up....
just remember, people who work days don't go to bed at 5pm when they get home...they need to relax and unwind and watch TV or play online...then they sleep....same for us night working people...only our "5pm" isnt 5pm....

Make a plan not to turn the computer on when you get home. While you are at work, visualize yourself coming home and doing things and NOT turning the computer on...
Become curious about how you will feel, at night, the next day, etc. by changing your life in this way...
It will be interesting.

I have the same problem, I need help too !!! Should we start a "Questions Anonymous?" What do ya' think? I try so hard to think of other things to do, and even get to doing something else, but only for so long, and my apartment is definately lacking attention lately.......And I've gotten out, all my cleaning products, and feel I've actually done good, only too come back, to questions!!
