This is a question that will take me ages to answer
Firstly, Rome... I would definately go and visit it... Those buildings are awsome! And the peoples view on life and temperament is worth checking out.. Italien people are extrememly cool... They are most really friendly!
Paris...Ulala It is so gorgeus! The Sanselise -or however you spell it- is perfect, the notre dam and the eiffel tower is just - WOW.. You might also learn about the great artist, and the fashion if u are interested!
U might aswell visit Disneyland to be a child again, or simply just have some fun. Go on the scariest rollercoasters
Finally, if i were u i would wisit both, but i hope i gave u enough information to choose if u can only visit one of these splendid places...

Rome has nice ruins, but Paris has nice everything else.

I think Rome is better because for me, it would be easier to speak the language since I already know Spanish.
The French people are a bit more reserved and I like to interact with people. The Italians are more interactive.

It depends of your time to spend there and it's a question of choise.What you intend to do :to eat, to drink, to have fun, to shop, to see places full of history or culture.So, you see is difficult to answer.If I would in your shoes I'll visit Rome for a week and Paris for another one.Anyway, enjoy your trip.
