Hard to understand your question, but either way what you describe is definitely abuse and sexual assault. Not knowing how old you are now, its time to tell someone, This was NOT your fault. Anytime an adult is involved with a child it is definitely the adults, so please tell someone and they can see if charges can still be filed. It will never replace the harm done to you but it may bring some closure and stop this from happening to someone else. Good luck

He was 32 and you were five? It's not sex. It's child rape. Perhaps he didn't use physical force, but there are many ways to manipulate a child. A five-year-old doesn't have the maturity to consent to sex.
Please tell your mom now. Even if you don't press charges, you'll be able to get some counseling. If you don't get counseling, it will make your future relationships very difficult. Please tell someone close to you now.

Yes, it's unquestionably abuse. At 5 you trust those older than you. That trust in this type of case was misplaced. Parents (or other truly trusted adults) should deffinetly be told.
