wow that is realllyyy funny. I have hair that is a 4 or 5 inches below my shoulder and super frizzy, thick, & naturally curly. I staighten it everyday. To get super smooth hair I use Garnier Fruictese weekly 3 minute hair masque. I always leave it in for 10 minutes instead of 3. Always rinse hair with ice cold water to make it shinier. I also use John Frieda (step 2 in the frizz-ease system) leave-in spray on conditioner. Use a small tooth comb to evenly distribute the product. Avoid blow drying and using towls on your hair when you get out of the shower. Towls can make your hair frizz so I use a t-shirt. Hair dryers also make hair frizz. Certain styles flatter different shapes of faces, some better than others. I have a more oval face and I have a side part, long layers, and side swept gradual bangs. Middle parts rarely look good on people. www.seventeen.com is a good site that has different hairstyles. Also, go to a salon. For a good haircut and style be willing to pay 60$ or so. Also, I dont know where you are, but if you want help finding a good salon I could help you. Good luck!

I have really thick hair aswell and the easiest hairstyles i do are a small section of hair from the front clipped back with gold clips and the rest of your hair at the sides. It is a useful hairstyle with thick hair. If you want it to stay neat as well use straightening cream and comb it through your hair. Hope it helps.

talk to a stylist. they do that for a living and they will know how to maximize the best hairstyle for you. I have really frizzy hair. it's not wavy, it's not straight, it's not even anything. I have one little wave by where I'd tuck it behind my ears, even if I don't tuck it. I usually just straighten it or put it up in a high or low pony tail. I don't suggest that though. It's bad to straighten as much as I do. At least it looks nice when it is straight though..

No offense, but not all white people look right with braids...straighten it and put it in a bun-like do...first, gather your hair together and have a ponytail holder ready. Then, act like ur putting your hair in a ponytail by putting the holder around the hair. Then, act like ur putting your hair in a ponytail again but don't do it all the way. Let some hair come out the top. It should look like this but up or you can do it like this: http://www.pageantrymagazine.com/magazine/features/2003/a03/images/a03hairkristiana3.jpg sometimes my hair is curly and sometimes it's straight so the style works for both...

Go to a Chinese barber shop...Chinese hair is on average the thickest among us humans, so there's a good chance that they have some really good ideas.

My suggestion to you would be to not use electric devices on your hair for a while to reduce the frizz. (flat iron, blow dryer, curling iron, etc.) I use a Chi frizz reducer product on my hair every time i straighten it.
