get a bowl put 3 eggs and 2 cups of milk in it, stir up real good. then get a freezer bag, put 2 cups of flower, 1tsp of salt and pepper, 2tsp of garlic, 1tsp of chicken season. put thawed breasts in bowl of milk and eggs , then put them in bag shake up real good, then deep fry, tastes like kfc

Cheeseburger Pie
brown burger
season how you like, I like taco seasoning (i use 1/4-1/2 pack, depending on how much meat, and DO NOT ADD WATER)
put the meat in a pie pan , or square pan
cover with shredded cheese
pour mix over top:
Mix recipe: 1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick (or generic equivalent)
2 eggs
mix that well, & pour over meat and cheese
bake at 425 for about 30 mins till golden brown

Kids love chicken finger and fried chicken cutlets. 1 cup of flour season with salt and pepper for dredging. 6 eggs mixed w/ 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, a 2Tablespoons of chopped parsley. 2cups plain bread crumbs. Remove the chicken of the bone, dip in flour mix, then in eggs, then in bread crumbs. This is standard breading procedure. You can cut the chicken into strips for chicken fingers. Fry in oil, olive oil is preferred, and brown on both sides until fully cooked medium heat is good and less likely to burn. For 1 pound ground beef cook the ground beef in a frying pan with a little oil. Strain to remove fat and excess grease. Add a can of crushed tomatoes season with salt and pepper, you can add 1 Tablespoon basil and 1 teaspoon oregano, You know what your kids like. cook for an hour. Cook off a box of you favorite pasta and serve with the meat sauce. For a variation of this, use cooked ziti or rigatoni pasta, and mix all the hot ingredients in a bowl, pour into casserole and top with the kids favorite cheese. and bake for 10 minutes. ( all the hot ingredients will make for a short time in the oven)

Chicken Saute

Cut two chicken breasts into small pieces (roughly all the same size). Coat the pieces in onion powder and garlic powder. Heat a pan for one minute, add three tablespoons olive oil. Cook chicken in pan on medium to low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and cook two minutes more.

Add fresh spinach for the last minute of cooking, or steamed vegetables, if desired.

Serve over brown rice for a really nutritious meal.

The dumplings on this casserole recipe will turn this easy chicken dish into a crowd pleaser. The easiest way to turn leftovers into a great main dish.Ingredients:

• CASSEROLE:

• 1 cup diced carrots
• 3/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
• 1/2 cup mushrooms
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

• TOPPING:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1-1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Method:
Casserole: In saucepan, combine carrots, onion, celery and chicken broth. Simmer 20 minutes. In 3-quart casserole dish, mix soup, sour cream, chicken, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add simmered vegetables and liquid; mix well. Topping: In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and 1 cup of the cheese. Mix just until well blended. Drop tablespoonfuls of the topping onto the casserole and bake in 3500 oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and return to the oven until cheese is melted.

Notes:
There are never any leftovers when I serve this dish!

A jar of spaghetti sauce and lots of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese make this a hassle-free version of everybody's favorite Italian recipe--beef lasagna.Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 cup salad dressing or light salad dressing
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
• 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Method:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salad dressing and Parmesan cheese. Layer 1/2 of the noodles, meat mixture, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese in 12x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Chili Dog Casserole

6 hot dogs
6 buns
1 8 oz can of your favorite chili
1 cup cheese
mustard to taste (if you don't like mustard don't use)

Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Tear up the hot dog buns to cover the bottom. Slice the hot dogs and layer on top of the buns. Spread the chili on top and then squirt on mustard to your preference. Layer cheese on top. Put in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

The buns get all crispy and warm and it's a lot less messy than regular chili dogs. .

Put chicken breast in slow cooker cover with cream of chicken soup, cook on low sitting 8 hrs. Ground beef, make goulash cook beef, boil macaroni according to box drain mix, with 1 can tomato juice.

Creamy Chicken Casserole

8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container Ranch flavored cream cheese
2/3 cup milk
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into chunks
1½ cups fresh broccoli
6 baby carrots, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 oz.) package shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup dry stuffing mix
3 to 4 Tablespoons butter, softened


Mix together soup, cream cheese, and milk in a large bowl. Stir in pasta, chicken, broccoli, and carrots. Pour half of mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan.
Combine cheeses. Sprinkle half of cheese over casserole. Spoon remaining chicken mixture over cheeses.
Combine remaining cheese with stuffing mix. Sprinkle over casserole. Dot with butter.
Bake casserole at 400º for 30 minutes until lightly browned.

Soul Smothered Chicken
Recipe says whole chicken, but I use whatever I have. Sometimes use breasts, sometimes just legs and thighs.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chopped yellow onions
1 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups chopped carrots
3 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken pieces with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dredge in 3/4 cup flour, place in the skillet, and brown on all sides. Set chicken aside, and drain skillet, reserving about 1 tablespoon butter.
Reduce skillet heat to medium-low, and stir in onions, celery, garlic, and carrots. Cook 5 minutes, until tender. Gradually mix in chicken broth and flour. Season with cayenne pepper and remaining salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low.
Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and continue cooking 30 minutes, until chicken juices run clear and gravy has thickened.


Texas Hash

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 pound lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 (8.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
salt and pepper to taste
3 slices processed American cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart (8 inch round) casserole dish.
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in instant rice, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
In a medium skillet over high heat, brown ground beef with onions and green pepper. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir cooked rice into the beef mixture. Mix in the corn, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into prepared casserole dish. Cut the American cheese slices in half and place over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Tacos are always great!!!!! Get a seasoning pack for tacos or the box with the seasoning pack and tortillas, and follow the directions. And that's basically the only cooking you have to do. The other preparations don't have anything to do with cooking.
