I typed a document in arial font (MS Word) but ended up saving it in symbol font for privacy. When I returned to the document I attempted to change the font to arial but now I only get different kinds of shapes and symbols. Can I get it back to arial font? How?

To change the font back to Arial or Tahoma in a word document, select all of the text, (Ctrl-A) and then choose the font you want from the drop down box on the toolbar. This will change all selected text to the font you want.

go into word, and to the "font" drop down. click on the arrow to drop it down, then select "arial".
