In today's insane society, one isn't allowed to "notice" the race of the victim, or the criminal. Pointing out the obvious is now considered to be "racist". So until you can once again call a spade, a spade,....live with it. (BTW: That doesn't occur where I live because the criminal would be found floating face down in a local river with his hands tied behind his back. That's called "Community Policing.)

How did you twist this to the government inducing the crime?
The man who attacked that poor guy looks deranged. I wonder if he's on furlough from a mental institution for the violent.
I hope they catch him, and if so, wouldn't it be the government doing the catching?
I'm still a little confused by how your question is framed. Can you explain?

It's absolutely horrid to see how far the people of the world have fallen. Is there no good left in humanity anymore? Its sad to see such a thing. What a pathetic act.

funny, the article describes everything about the robber, except the most important, his skin color.
what, is it against the law now to say he is black?
but what ever, one day poeple will see who are the ones doing a big portion of the crime for being such a small majority of the population, but since our politicians don't live near these poeple, they won't ever do something about it.

there are no good people there are just people who understood the rules of social living and respect them...we all are imperfect, we are neither good nor bad, we are just different .government is our choice, is our reflection. blaming it, we just blame our human nature
