while islam keeps producing only osama's , sadam's, nasarallah's and alzakawi's
when will islam produce a humanitarian leader who can think better than osama?

They did, in the middle ages. They had scientists who worked in Algebra, Medicine, and other fields. But that is old history

There are plenty of Muslims who are and were great thinkers and helped human kind as a whole. It's just a pity that the ones making the headlines now, and the ones who people report on are examples of anger, frustration and ignorance. Because these people make the news, they tend to be the only publicised role models for young Muslims which can't really be helping either the non Muslims or Muslim peoples as whole. Ahmed H Zewail won the Noble prize for chemistry in 1999.

Osama, contrary to popular belief, is both well-educated and highly intelligent. The problem is not education or intelligence or even humanitarianism...it is the presence of ancient scriptures, encouraging the death of disbelievers, which people take, unquestionably, to be written by the creator of the universe. It is faith in dogma - dogma that dictates a reward of 72 virgins or an eternal stay in heaven or what have you. Is the problem really that Muslims are "less intelligent," or that this world has tolerated religion far too long? Even open-minded religious moderates (like, for example, a good majority of Christians in the US - although not necessarily on Yahoo! Answers) are paving the way for religion to be considered sacred, holy, and untouchable. In their good behavior, they are allowing extreme fanatics to be tolerated. It isn't a Muslim problem...it's the underlying problem of religion.

I think you underestimate the muslims. There system is just as well structures as Christian. Thus it self propagates. You need the following rules to grow. Only us and everyone is evil and should be destroyed. Invade others and convert them by force if necessary. Hinduism is the only one that did not grow because of its vicious invasive nature. Everyhuman can think its just the thinking can be altered by the brainwashing.
