I think it's mostly cute if you say it like you know it's sort of silly. I like saying "okey dokey pokey" and whoever I say it to always laughs.

It's Okey Dokey with me, I just don't want to hear it all the time. I tend to use the phrase myself. Must be us older folk.

It's a country expression, so depending on who you hang out with, you will hear it more, or less.
It's not cute or annoying, it's just an expression that people use to say "okay". I personally don't use it, but it doesn't bother me if others do.

I say it all the time, and find it neither cute nor annoying. It's just something I say. I never thought to ask my listeners, however

I think it's annoying but one I hate even more is the term yepper. That one drives me up the wall it sounds so stupid.
