That sentence is correct but is not a good flowing sentence for flow of thought.
Explain where....You are standing where I first met Helen.
You are arriving, sitting, etc....

Where you are standing is where I first met Helen.

Where you are eating is where I first met Helen.

Right where you're at is where I first met Helen.

You are in the same place as I was when I first met Helen.

When you think of the word "where," remember that it means literally, "at which place." So, if you replace the word with its meaning, you would get:

You are at at which place I first met Helen.

The "at" repeats and is therefore not necessary.
