It's a tough one. I'd be tempted to say women because I am one, yet have you seen women shopping? No self control whatsoever! Men are known to lose their cool easily but so do many ill tempered women. Women lose their cool over more retarded issues if you ask me! We lose our temper for stupid things like a messy room, etc. Men lose their temper for bigger reasons... I don't see men snapping for papers on the table. It depends of the person and their personality.

Women definitely have more self control than men, especially over their sexual desires. Evidence shows that the female orgasm is actually more intense than the male orgasm and that s proven by measuring the level of neurotransmitter signals in the brain that carry the orgasm signals - YET, women still control it better than men. So women have much better self discipline and self control than males.

Self-control is action which concerns to a human brain, so both men and women being humans have equal capability of sef-control. But it ranges from human to human regardless of gender.

I would have to go with women, and use myself as an example. I am 32 years old and only slept with 2 people, one of those being the guy I married.

Women. If you have not noticed. Guys seem to loose their temper way too often. We girls can hold it better. Girls have way better self control, most of the time, when it comes to chocolate...
