Aloha little brother!
Sounds like your a guy with some heart. Romantic at heart. Me too! Don't lose it!
Check this out and know you are getting some good advice.
I'm 32 years old. Might sound old to you but trust me it's not.
I think women are the greatest gift on the planet.
I've had a lot of fun, traveled and lived many different places. Seen and experienced many different females.
Here's what you do. Read the writing on the wall. She's been gone for 2 months and still wants space. Move on. It's good to be passionate and caring but take care of yourself. Believe in yourself. Remain confident and realize you are a young man and there are many more adventures ahead. Girls don't respond to a clingy guy. Especially at your age. You can pretty much count on the fact that there is someone else that has caught her. For instance LIFE.
Stay cool. It's ok to have emotions feel longing and dissapointment.
The key is to stay respectful. Don't fall into the trap of arguement.
Other ladies are watching how you carry yourself.
You don't have to pretend it doesn't matter to you or play it like she's the problem. The thing ladies respond to is self confidence and none of them want to hear about the drama. You'll just become a friend. Talk to some older guys. Preferably family or those around you that care about you and believe in you. Be the better man and always upgrade. If you play the victim and are dramatic you look like a chump. If others you know try to egg you on just say you wish her the best and be mature about it. Ladies (and trust me there are so many different ones) all respond to self confidence and are watching you right now. I can dig that you are a romantic and it seems like everything but just like anything, sports, work, music, whatever it is we all need some practice to play our best.
I left home at seventeen and trust me there is so much more ahead for you. Think before you speak and always play it kind.
I'd like to reccomend a movie to you. I't hit's on a lot of different points. Some harsh and not always correct but it's pretty on point. SWINGERS!
Good luck little bro.
Always treat em right but don't be afraid to make the move!

Well I can totally understand why you feel the way you do. I do not think it will be wise to go out with other girls just to make your girlfriend jealous. Trust me that will only make you feel more frustrated especially if she acts as though she does not care. I think you should become clear on what "space" means. Does that mean you guys are broken up? I know you want to be nice to her but the fact is she is putting you in an awkward situation. You are her boyfriend yet you are not because she wants space. That is not fair to you! She needs to decide if she wants to be with you or not. If the answer is no then move on. You are about to go to college you will meet lots of girls; she is not the only girl in the world! Make her decide what she wants to do. Sometimes a break up can be the best thing. My bf broke up with me and I was very hurt but 2 months later I have realized it was the best thing for both of us. She needs to tell you what she wants. You do not have time to waste waiting on her! You can do better!

You have 2 choices:
a) accept it's over
b) fight for the relationship
If she says she wants space, it usually means there is someone else. The only way to change that is to wine, dine, gift, smooth talk and suck up to the girl, which is an expensive and often unsuccessful exercise.
You have to play it so she doesn't see it. Agree to the space, wait a bit, then invite her to an expensive dinner. Never act desperate, never try for sex. She has to want you again or it's all for nought.

she wants 'space', eh? attach her onto an missle and blast her off!
serioulsy, it sounds that she has already left you emotionally or is testing the waters to see if something else may work out for her. let her go. . .time will heal and this too, shall pass. a few years from now you will be able to look back and think about her with a smile instead of a tear! good luck!

despite you do, do no longer beg for her. if she needs to be a jerk and break up, then enable her. If she needs her "residing house" (i.e., to sleep around), then enable her bypass and by using no means take her returned. you ought to no longer have the capacity to have fun along with her, and can see her for the immature dope that she is. it might in all probability harm, and it might take some years, despite if quicker or later she is going to return returned to you as a thirty 5-ish bloated alcoholic hag married to a creep and with some fat, snot-nosed infants. she will have the flexibility to frequently attempt to get returned in touch. despite in case you, having found out your lesson, would have been dating youthful ladies and saving you funds for a wearing activities automobile. no longer easiest will you reject her as quickly as greater then, you will particularly be repulsed by using her. Or, you will have the means to take her returned after she's been the gang receptacle and by using no means strengthen a backbone. she will have the flexibility to easiest assume you're a pushover and use you and wreck your life. This female is a head case. RUN! I comprehend what i'm speaking approximately.
