I want to know about methods of developing focus and clarity in my thinking.something to stop me from beating around the bush and attacking the point. to being more effective thinker and doer. this deals not only in personal life but in professional life too. i want to know of ways to develop my focus in work and life at present and clarity to think issues over without muddling things with unrelated issues and emotions. is there a way out, some exercise, reading, act that would help me.?
