if the car is custom car its ok my S-10 has no handles any where you need a switch to open my doors but no its not illeagal nothing illeagal on a a car unless it obstrucks the other drivever causeing a saftey issue

Yes, all cars must have ergonomic grip handles for skaters and cyclists to grab onto.

Those are called shaved handles and to my knowledge they are not illegal
