Maui, Hawaii. I guess the best way to describe it is a tropical paradise. Miles of beautiful beaches, mountains, waterfalls, pineapple orchards-simple rugged beauty.

Next, the Painted Desert in Arizona. Mountains for miles, red sand, stark as a moon surface.

The Grand Canyon. The sunset over the canyon is indescribable as you see every detail as the last shafts of sunlight seem to focus on every nook & cranny.

Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, Maine. You get a terrific view of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding areas from the top of Cadillac Mountain, and to go to Otter Cliffs after a storm is spectacular.

Hana highway in Maui. It's a winding road with something like 600 curves in the road. There are walking trails and waterfalls everywhere.

Blue Mountains in Sydney Australia. Just breathtaking!

Cripple Creek Colorado-old mining town and in the winter it looks like an old postcard.

Natural Bridge and the Red River Gorge go hand in hand. They are right next to each other, and beautiful. Nothing but nature as far as you can see. Great climbing and hiking, lots of good trails. I'm actually getting married there in a couple weeks, by the gorgeous waterfalls!!!

I live in Monastir, TUnisia and it is a beautiful beach town. I grew up in Colorado though, and am partial to the mountains. For Christmas my husband took us to a spa resort in the mountain town of Hammam Bourguiba in Tunisia. It was so beautiful! The veiws were breath taking, the grass was green, the Sea was still a gorgeous blue, and the mountains were magnificent!! I enjoyed it there. There are a lot of places I've seen, but when I stood on the rim of the Grand Canyon I could not believe it. It was so surreal it looked like a postcard picture, it was hard to believe it was real.
