Talk to her, ask her if she is ready. If you can't communicate together, you're not ready for sex.

Depends on if its her first time or not. If its her first time, then you need to ensure that you make it very very very special. So just tell her that you want it, and you want it to be with her.
Otherwise, just kinda see how far she lets you get. and simply respect her limits. Likely she'll let you get a little further each time till she's ready. Be patient and remember that no means no. a hand pushing you away means no. not yet means no. tightly closed thighs mean no also.
