First of all you are apparently made like my Mom. She had fat legs and her sister had skinny ones and made fun because she was jealous. I have toothpick legs and wish I had fat ones.
Second in sports you really need to do research. Some sports actually make your legs, especially your thighs fatter.
I think that stretches like in yoga are supposed to give you longer and thinner muscles. Walking on a flat surface should be good. Running and stairs will build up your thighs.
But, I would also suggest that at 11 your upper body has still got to "fill out" so I would bet that in a few years you will have a perfectly balanced body. So, the best advice is patience as you grow and "fill out". It sounds like you will soon have a very beautiful body.
