Unless this was a minor and the records are sealed, it will always be there. Check with an attorney, you might be able to have the word "Dismissed" listed before the actual charge.

But be aware that any investigation will reveal the complaint in full. Dismissed doesn't mean the person was innocent of the charge, it just means they: paid a fine, made restitution, did community work, etc.
