There are so many options. We would need the size of your guest list to begin with. I had a wedding that was much too huge. Most of the people were not close and were friends of my father's. I would suggest you keep it small and have it somewhere that reflects your and your fiances' personalities. If you are lucky enough to have a home or know someone that has a home or grounds that can accommodate your wedding, that is a great place. Not only can you save on the banquet fees, but it is much more personal. Congrats on your upcoming marriage!

We're getting married in a few weeks at a club that was formerly a speakeasy, which will be a funny tale for guests... but for the ultimate in unusual wedding destinations, I'd fly to Italy with twenty closest friends/family members and have my vows at the Casa di Giulietta (Juliet's house) in Verona- it's popular myth, but this is the purported site of the courtship of Romeo and Juliet, complete with her balcony. I'd follow it with a caravan to Venice for a nightime reception on the water...and lots of wine.

The best place to have your wedding is somewhere personal. There is just no substitute for it. Think about things you and your fiance like to do, like to see, etc. Places that are special to you or represent your interests. My husband and I are really into wine, so getting married at a winery was perfect for us. And don't discount some weird places either - because you'd be surprised at where you can get married. Zoos, public parks, some restaurants. Just find somewhere that really means something to you. Good luck!

In Vegas at the Venetian Hotel. You can have the ceremony performed on a gondola ride and the honeymoon destination is right there .

A good place would be the Mountins. Or even the beach at sun set. A park, of course.
