Chocolate is not bad for you, in fact many studies suggest there may be some positive heart benefits from eating chocolate. Needing to eat upwards of seven bars a day might be a symptom of missing some vital nutrient in your diet, however. Take a good look at your overall diet and make sure you're getting a good balance of all the nutrition your body needs.

Do you find your extensive eating of chocolate might be an addiction. I am not suggesting this only asking you to think about it as a possibility of something working deeper.
Have you been depressed recently or over come another bad habit and replaced it by eating more and more chocolate gradually.
Do you want to feel good without feeling bad afterwards. Take control of addiction personalities and behaviours with hypnotherapy on DVD available at the link below free.
Chocolate is very addictive and it makes you feel good at the time and can lead to other cravings and get out of control.

Well, seven bars a day, no matter what kind, is bad for your weight and diet. But, depending on the type of chocolate, one can actually be good for you. If it's just a small milk chocolate bar, it's not too bad, but dark chocolate like bournville is actually healthy and hasn't got half the fat milk chocolate has.

Everything in the world can be bad for you if you abuse it or take so much of it.
Like this for instance.
Marijuana - A valuable herb in the field of medicine but once abused can lead to a bullshit life.
Cigarettes - relaxes the nerves and reduce stress but if abused can lead to Heart problems.
Chocolates - Good for the heart actually if taken in a regular basis followed by constant exercise and proper diet but if abused can cause obesity which can also lead to heart failure.
Computer - You can learn a lot of stuff just by accessing the internet but if used everyday can ruin family relationships, health(not enough exercise), turns you into a nerd.
Remember that all things have advantage and disadvantages and Good and Bad effects.

Yep, moderation.
What U can't eat 2day there's always 2moro.
U will not starve 2 death, so stop eating what U do not need.
Women's calorie requirement 4 one day is.
1,500
Men's
2,000.
U do not need anymore than that.
7 bars of chocolate takes U way passed the requirement 4 a day!

I love chocolate, I wish i was in your shoes. But you are eating too much chocolate, it's raisin your sugar level in your blood and by eating it so many times you will spoil the fun. Eat more less and you will see that it will taste more better. One bar at least a week or more will do the magic.

eating chocolate will not do any harm to your health as long as you don't eat too much everyday. yes a bar a day is ok. 7 bars is still ok as long as you don't eat 7 bars everyday.
