I can only use two or three burners at one time or every thing gets creamated

Yea, I have a char-broil comercial grill that does the same thing. I just turn it all the way down. But just because it has 4 or 5 burners, you dont have to use them all at once

Turn the heat down unless you are cooking meat, this is why they have separate dials to adjust the heat with.
