Fetzer Wines - Valley Oaks Gewürztraminer http://www.fetzer.com/fetzer/wines/selectawine.aspx?type=Varietal&id=13

Neither of these are too expensive - You should be able to get them for $20 or possibly less. A good wine store should have them. Of the two, The Fetzer is my favorite...a little bubbly on the tounge but not bitter like champagne.

If you want a good champagne, Moet & Chandon is excelent but be ready to drop $40 or more for it http://www.moet.com/home/flash.html?langue=gb

Does she not like champagne? If she has a preference in a certain wine, go to a liquor store that has a wine cellar and ask them what is the best wine of the type she likes. Oh, and CONGRATULATIONS on your special occasion!
