Calm down first off. Dont think of it being such a hard thing to do. Try and convince yourself that it is easy and that might take some stress off your shoulders. Have you tried talking to them on the phone or the internet before in person? By doing that, you can learn things about them and know what to say to them when you eventually talk in person. It wont be so hard to have a face to face conversation. But just calm down and take a deep breath before going over to talk to them. Maybe try hanging out in a group of friends and invite them to go as well so it wouldnt be just you and your crush, that might help. Just be yourself when you talk to them.

Well one way is just to talk to your crushes .. remember they are human beings like yourself, and have the same fears, hopes and emotions.. they are not demi-gods, like they seem sometimes on the outside.
It could just be a phase you're going through, and when you work through it, you will be more confident in the future in approaching people you like and want to meet.

Sounds like you are shy so try saying how you feel to someone in your family and the opposite sex. Practice on them and that will help boost your esteem and you will not a have a problem later with any and all

ok.please excuse me but i will be direct with you..you are a woman..or girl.whatever.you have between your legs what all guys want..even super cool studley guys will quiver at the thought of being that close to you...remember girls..ANY WOMAN CAN HAVE ANY MAN SHE WANTS!! this is true.but most guys act like its no big deal because they dont want you to know how much control you do have.so why be shy??speak your mind they will listen,....especially if you are wearing something sexy and have your face on.fear no man as you are thier master.instead let them fear you.good luck sweetie,and remember you have the power.

Before you want to talk to him/her, take a deep breathe. Think about what image you want to convey, not what image he/she might like. Stay calm and remember, sometimes, if you say gosh im such a nerd, or gosh I say such stupid things, you really will be that way. Think positive, and know that you're a human with feelings and no one has a right to judge you without fully knowing you.

baby girl, there is no simple solution for this. but there is a way. it's a set process. it also depends upon how shy you are. not only for your crush, but to the public. 1. step is: can you say "hi, how are you?" to him. if you can, then say that first. if you can't, then this will take a longer time for you to get to step # 1.

Talk to him? Do you mingle in the same group? Find some common interest and talk about that...Just relax and think he's just one of your friends...:)
