why is it difficult to help someone to grow? i.e. when a person need money for his own business, no body cares. But when he is in trouble, nearly everybody want to contribute and assist. My question is why is it so?

Your best bet would be to seek an appt. with someone at the SBA (Small Business Administration) in your area. SBA has retired business people who can help you build a business plan and provide answers for many of your questions, such as securing a bank loan for a start-up business.

There site is: http://www.sba.gov/starting_business/

Most businesses take at least two years to get off the ground before they start seeing the black, instead of red. It is also a good policy not to borrow from friends or family. It's asking for FATE to put the whammy on things.

As this forum (?) readily attests, people are always eager to give out free advice. But, on the other hand, almost no one wants to "put their money where their mouth is", and back up that advice with real, concrete help. They usually flee the other way - at speed, when asked to do so.

Real 'growth' occurs whenever you do things without any help, so sometimes by not helping, you really are!
