There are Jehovah's Witnesses in Dubai, but not necessarily a Kingdom Hall. Write to one of these branches:

I think you mean 'Jehovah's Witness,' not Jew?
I can't tell you, but if you are a JW you should know that many countries still outlaw that belief system. I would be particularly wary in that part of the world.
Wrong or right, not all nations are as 'religiously' tolerant as the good, old USA.

I know your belief system prohibits you from reading anything that is not from the Watchtower and Aware, but you really should also read: The Incredible Creed of The Jehovah's Witnesses (by Tan Publishers Rockford, IL.) Do this before you try converting anyone in countries that are not religiously tolerant. I've not read Franz's book, but I'm sure that Fokker is recommending it for an equally good reason.
Best of luck!

If you do one thing in your life read Crisis of Conscience by Ray Franz. If you still want to be a JW then best wishes.

JW is banned is several countries because it is a cult. You warp people's minds so they don't even want to visit their families. JW takes all joy out of life, including holidays, family, etc.
Oddly, JW encourages you to be poor and unsucessful. What a bunch of loosers.
People who try to leave discover that all of their JW "friends" will brand them and disown them. Now, that's a cult.
