Honesty, caring, loving, being faithful and being a thoughtful person. Someone who walks with class and integrity and presents themselves in a good moral character. Lastly how do they handle adversity? Can they handle adversity? Sum all these up and you have an extremely good woman that would make someone an outstanding spouse.

Basically, we value the same things that women do except we don't show it or say because women seem to think men are not on the same level when it comes to sharing there feelings. Men are actually better with the feelings thing because we have to be so light hearted when dealing with a womans feelings. I have never had a woman ask me how I am feeling except physically. But they do ask what I want to eat, do i want to do this or that, but never how do I feel in the heart.

I would say my boyfriend values my intelligence too, which is very nice, but I think it's uncommon too. Most of, he values having someone who does NOT think he's insane (He might be, but I'm more insane! Hee hee.)
Anyway, if you ever need to impress a man, make him dinner!

honestly sex is the biggest part of it.if your looking for ways to get out of sex you are already in trouble.but if you at least give it up a few times a week you will be ok.now the other things that are important to us is we want you to also be our best friend,we want to hang out with you and have fun.one of the biggest turn offs are woman who dont want to do anything,complain about everything..have common sense..if your going to be walking around the flea market,or a long walk in the park,wear comfortable shoes..not heels..to be honest unless you hook up with a sicko we wont ever notice your shoes..we want to be able to laugh with you,and enjoy your company,nagging,bitching,and complaining,and withholding sex are the main things that will run him off.so have sex with him,play with him,find common interests,lay off the nagging,laugh with him,spend time with him.i promise with most guys,if you sat down to watch the game with him,he would probably be willing to see a chick flick with you.good luck,i hoped this helped.its as honest as it gets.
