You wil be asked things like: If a resident is looking upset and looks like there is something wrong, what would you do? To be honest most of the questions will be about the residents. The idea of the job will be to care for them so they will want to make sure that you are the caring loving type of person. Don't be nervous, just relax and take your time answering. the best thing to do is to imagine what kind of questions you would want to ask if you were in their position. Also dont be scared to ask if the residents get some sort of activities to do that sort of thing. They might also ask you if there was a event in the home like a fayre or something what would you do to help the residents enjoy the day. I cant really think of anything else to help. Geeze...yahoo would kick me off of here for space usage if I awnsered that question....Do a search ...put in diseases of the nervous system and you will find a good medical website...like maybe webmd that you can look at ! Good Luck.
